Pastoral
Staff
The Pastoral Staff is the decision making group of St. Gabriel.
Using the collaborative ministry model, it works with the pastor in implementing
the parish mission statement and is responsible to him, as he is responsible
to the various Archdiocesan heads of departments and ultimately to the
Archbishop of San Francisco. The Pastoral Staff meets weekly.
Pastoral Council
The Council meets in Quinn Center at 7:30 the second Tuesday
of every month except July, August and December. The St. Gabriel Pastoral
Council, united with Christ will serve and represent the parish community.
As an advisory body to the Pastor and Pastoral staff, the Council will
assist in discerning and responding to the needs of the parish. In doing
so, their goal is to enable every member of the parish to come to the fullness
of their Christian vocation. Visitors are welcome.

work in His Kingdom. This group sponsors several events that encourage
vocations, such as World Day of Prayer and Priesthood Sunday. The group meets the 1st Saturday of the month for prayer and business meeting if necessary.
